Dear Friend,

I’m excited to introduce you to an empowering 10-day journey designed to inspire a profound shift in your perception of self, foster heart-brain coherence, and stimulate self-healing. This transformative program, consisting of mirror work and guided meditation, seeks to cultivate self-love, acceptance, and personal growth. Each day, we will explore a different theme, from self-love and forgiveness to affirming your future and celebrating victories. You will be guided to connect deeply with your reflection, uttering powerful affirmations to ignite an internal transformation.

In addition to the mirror work, you will be guided through 10 meditations. These are designed to deepen your connection with your inner self and enhance the transformational journey you’re embarking on. Throughout this journey, I will actively listen to your progress and provide daily feedback to support and inspire your growth. Remember, I am here with you every step of the way. To maximize the benefits of this program, I encourage you to prioritize good sleep, stay well-hydrated, and practice mindful breathing. Specifically, the “Box Breathing” technique can be an effective tool: inhale for a count of 4, hold your breath for a count of 4, exhale for a count of 4, then hold your breath again for a count of 4. This simple yet powerful technique promotes a sense of calm and focus.

I also suggest trying the “Butterfly Hug” from Somatic Experiencing to offer comfort and connect to your heart. Rest your hands on your chest, with your fingers fanned out and your thumbs pointed towards your chin. Interlock your thumbs to create the body of a butterfly, your hands acting as its wings. Gently alternate tapping your hands on your chest (left, right, left, right), following a slow and rhythmic pattern. This technique provides a self-soothing hug that can bring a sense of security and peace. You can find detailed instructions here.

Manifest Desires: By affirming your goals and desires to your reflection, you can increase your focus on them and attract them into your life.

Improve Self-Awareness: Mirror work encourages introspection and self-awareness. You may discover subconscious beliefs and patterns that have been holding you back.
